Festive Give-Away Brings Cheer to Derby Residents 

This December, Saxon House in Derby played host to a special festive event, organised by Ocasa Homes to bring a little extra cheer to the holiday season. Held on the 13th of December, the gathering was part of a series of community-focused celebrations designed to thank residents for being part of the Ocasa community. 

Residents were treated to individually wrapped gifts, thoughtfully prepared by the Ocasa team. These small tokens of appreciation were a way to recognise and celebrate our tenants during the festive period. 

For a few lucky tenants, the celebrations included a surprise. Hidden within their gifts were golden tickets offering 50% off their January rent. It was our way of helping ease the financial pressures that can come with the holiday season. 

The event also marked an opportunity to reflect on an exciting year for Ocasa Homes. In 2024, we welcomed new team members and introduced our dedicated community’s team, aimed at creating stronger connections and enhancing tenant experiences. 

Looking ahead to 2025, there’s much more to come, with new initiatives and opportunities on the horizon.
