This December, Saxon House in Derby played host to a special festive event, organised by Ocasa Homes to bring a little extra cheer to the holiday season. Held on the 13th of December, the gathering was part of a series of community-focused celebrations designed to thank residents for being part of the Ocasa community. 

Residents were treated to individually wrapped gifts, thoughtfully prepared by the Ocasa team. These small tokens of appreciation were a way to recognise and celebrate our tenants during the festive period. 

On 25th October 2025, Ocasa Homes opened the doors to the new Clubhouse at Yorkshire House with a welcoming coffee morning. The event offered tenants an opportunity to connect over coffee while receiving practical support from our Communities Team on refining their CVs and improving job prospects.

Open Day Success at The Picture House in Carlisle 

On 9th July 2024, Ocasa Homes hosted a successful open day at The Picture House in Carlisle, welcoming prospective tenants to explore our newly refurbished property. 

The event provided an excellent opportunity for visitors to tour the building, ask questions, and gain insight into what life at an Ocasa property has to offer. Our team was on hand throughout the day to guide guests, discuss tenancy options, and showcase the quality and attention to detail that define our homes.
