Yorkshire House Clubhouse: A Space for Community and Growth 

On 25th October 2025, Ocasa Homes opened the doors to the new Clubhouse at Yorkshire House with a welcoming coffee morning. The event offered tenants an opportunity to connect over coffee while receiving practical support from our Communities Team on refining their CVs and improving job prospects. 

Located in an area with a strong factory and hospitality workforce, this initiative was designed to offer meaningful support tailored to the needs of our tenants. It’s also part of our ongoing commitment to social responsibility and contributing positively to the communities we serve. 

We’re excited to see the Clubhouse become a valuable resource for tenants—whether it’s used for skills workshops, community events, or simply as a space to unwind. This opening marks an important step in our ongoing efforts to support both the personal and professional well-being of our residents.
